Information we collect

What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, the help you need, property details for a home value request, and your message. If you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram using a Meta lead form, Meta passes us the details you submit in that form.

Collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (the Meta Pixel) and Follow Up Boss (the customer relationship system Don uses to respond to inquiries). They record things like the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, and approximate location, and they let us know when a form is submitted. If you send us a request, Follow Up Boss may connect your later visits to this site with your inquiry, so Don can follow up on what you were looking at.

How we use it

• To answer your request and serve you as a client.
• To follow up with you by phone, email or, if you opt in, text message.
• To understand how the website performs and improve it.
• To advertise. We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads to measure our ads and to show ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google to people who have visited this site (retargeting), and to build audiences of website visitors and people similar to them.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help run this site and the business: our website, form and hosting provider, Google and Meta for the analytics and advertising described above, and the customer relationship and messaging tools we use to respond to you. We may also share information when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on a form, or otherwise ask us to text you, Don Mosich may send you text messages about your request and related real estate services, from his phone or through a messaging service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Your choices

• Your information: email info@donmosichrewards.com to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, a correction, or deletion.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Meta ads: adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings, then Ad preferences).
• Google ads: visit adssettings.google.com.
• Google Analytics: use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Interest-based ads in general: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond, so this site does not currently respond to it. Third parties such as Google and Meta may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use this site, as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, licensing and record-keeping requirements.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure. Please don't send bank, wiring or Social Security details through this site. See our wire fraud warning.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
